Now, let me share a little piece of information for you to make that lazy creature out of you, because what I’m about to tell you might surprise you a bit but will definitely urge you to start your exercise session right away.</p>
<p>Exercise regularly is not only making your body healthy but also makes you smarter. That is what researcher in United States recently derived a conclusion after doing an experiments to mouse and also human. The experiment test result showed that exercise regularly, say at least three to five times in a week can really trigger the growth of brain cells on the hippo-campus, the brain part which is connected to the memory which is going to downgrading after the age of 30, this statement be valid only to human. Dr. Scott Small, neurologist from the Columbia University Medical Center in New York, the one who led the study of this matter, stated in recent times, that brand new living brain cell will definitely grow in our brain when someone doing an exercise. “Exercise will make the blood flow to the brain and it makes us feel really fit,” Dr. Scott added.</p>
<p>So, what are you waiting for? Erase the surprised look on your face. Move and put that tank top and sweats pants of yours, rush to the nearest gym or sport station in your city, call your friends to join you, which would definitely make an extra fun in the process and start your own session of exercise now.
